摘要:Higher education has made tremendous strides in Afghanistan since the fall of the Taliban in 2001, credited largely to a highly centralized approach. Yet as the country and its higher education system continue to develop, institutional autonomy is now a top priority. This paper describes the current state of institutional autonomy in Afghanistan, as well as remaining challenges.
