摘要：Using the general switch management protocol on a multi-protocol label switching network, we present an efficient method for handling handovers. The proposed method directly changes an established path into a new path for supporting a handover. Our investigation reveals the effects of the proposed scheme and demonstrates that this method significantly reduces signaling costs and delays.
