摘要：The development of business logistics process is determined by the Quality Systems. The problem can be noticed on different theoretical and practical definition of quality, especially definition of logistics process quality. Considering Poland's membership in the EU, the new approach regulations are especially significant. The quality of logistics processes allows to improve consumer level service.
