摘要：Waste management is one of crucial problems in developed living areas. It is also an area of problems and threats for normal functioning. Therefore this is an object of interest of lots of specialist including logisticians. Improving waste management is not only projecting flows but also using mathematical methods of optimization of elements of these flows.
