摘要：In the article the authors form the authors’ vision of the category of «budgetary potential» on the basis of preliminary analysis of existing approaches to defining this category, and scientific-methodical bases of border region budgetary potential assessment are proposed, in particular in the direction of conducting the policy of innovative development.
