Its occurrence in humans is rare; when it occurs, it is most often in cutaneous locations. We report two new cases of dirofilariasis of the breast in two Tunisian women, aged 32 and 45 years old. Both came from northern Tunisia and consulted for breast lumps. Clinical examination and imaging findings suggested benign tumors. After surgical excision, the pathology examination confirmed the diagnosis, based on the presence of Dirofilaria repens in the specimen. Dirofilariasis prevalence is probably underestimated because of its non-specific clinical presentation. Breast locations are rare and frequently consist of tumors with benign features. Surgical resection confirms the diagnosis and is the only treatment.
