摘要：It is a great pleasure for me to make available to you the second number of Volume 6 of 2015 of the Chilean Journal of Statistics, published by the Chilean Statistical Society. Six papers are included in this issue. These papers cover topics on: Decision theory, Sampling, Distribution theory, Bayesian inference and Regression analysis. I would like to thank the researchers and internationally renowned statisticians who have honored us by choosing our young journal to publish some of their research. I would like to thank the collaboration of several referees, whose excellent and anonymous work have made possible the publication of this issue. Also in this issue we include an interview with the Dr. Oscar Bustos. Certainly in future issues we hope to include other interviews to highlight the careers of Latin American researchers.
