摘要：In this paper, we proposed that Defense CERT OJT program focused on Defense CERT organization required competency using AHP. CERT organization is working for prevention hacking incident, analysis hacking incident, recover the disaster. PCS-inners of Defense CERT organization are lack of professionalism of information security because of job rotation in arm of service such as signal and data processing. And they need structured job transferring OJT program focused on Defense CERT organization required competency. PCS-inners of Defense CERT organization are available to be make secure in early stage using Defense CERT OJT program proposed in this paper.
