摘要:Knowledge management is the process through which organizations can generate value from their intellectual and knowledge-based assets. Most often, generating value from such assets involves sharing them among employees, departments and even with other companies in an effort to devise best practices. The research is conducted to identify the problems and explore the possibilities of implementing knowledge management systems in medium-sized manufacturing firms in Malaysia. The study hypothesized that the implementation of knowledge management is crucial to medium-sized manufacturing firms to sustain and further increase the GDP level of Malaysia. Methodology used, findings and conclusion are reported. A model KM System is suggested.
