摘要：The volunteering covers those activities which, generally, took placelocally, without involving a long trip outside the locality, having no leisurearrangements. Volunteer tourism is conceptualized as a form of alternativeexperience. The study explores the intention of students and young researchers involunteer tourism activities, seen as alternative experience where the scientificknowledge and leisure activity are associated. The analyse reveals a significantrelationship between the research activity and the active participation of volunteertourism and is better known by the researchers or individuals having differenthobbies on sustainable environment issues
