摘要:The challenge of advancing the relationship between education and sustainable development is one of the most valuable lines that guide the training projects, leadership training programs for trainers and training plans of the organizations. One of the most researched contributions 1 is the relationship between the domain of competence of teachers and organization leaders, showing that the updating and training of people is essential to obtain sustainable development. One of the basic elements is the domain professionals have in order to achieve the right balance between education and sustainable development competencies. The methodology employed in the research harmonizes both quantitative (ad hoc questionnaire) and qualitative (interview, case study and observation of processes) methods in relation to training programs and business improvement (ROI 2 ). The most characteristic result is that the preparation of trainers and leaders of cooperatives needs to focus on their professional skills by balancing the existing competition between management, planning, leadership and action, which involves the most direct and practical communication, methodology, motivation, confidence, cooperation, empathy, and has to be extended to those professionals working on inquiry, research, innovation and belonging to the culture of the institution
