摘要:This paper is a conceptual paper on green marketing, which is an emerging area of interest, having as focal point the green behavior of the Romanian consumers. The main areas of sustainable consumption are presented after a brief introduction and a brief review of the specialized literature. Then, there is discussed the issue of customer satisfaction in relation to environmental characteristics of products. The paper shows the types of Romanian consumers' attitudes in relation to green behavior and the Romanian consumers' favorite green products. The paper ends with conclusions and the exposure of future research directions
