摘要:Orientation to the needs in the dual education system The training needs assessment is a fundamental activity for training. Conducting needs assessment is essential to the success of a training program. Therefore, the needs assessment shall be the first activity or first step in designing a training. The results of training needs analysis will identify what kind of training is needed and to be carried out. This paper deals with the necessary of need assessment for training design. The first part of the paper discusses the concept of needs-driven in training activities and it followed by explanation about the key-points of training needs assessment. This paper also examines the determining of specific demands of the training in greater detail. Finally it briefly describes the method and approach to perform a training needs assessment
