摘要：One of the more remarkable historic sites in San Diego County is the Sikes Farmstead, located on the southern edge of the City of Escondido. It has recently been restored and is presently maintained by the San Dieguito River Park as an historic house museum. This unassuming white frame house is testimony to the efforts of pioneer farming families to settle in San Diego County during the closing years of the nineteenth century.1
