摘要：In today’s Internet era everything has gone wireless. The world has shifted its paradigm from long cables to no cables at all. Starting from the scratch to today’s latest approach under talks, this paper summarizes the course of wireless or Wi-Fi (as we know it now) evolution along with its architecture, advantages and disadvantages. Ultimately it also provides the latest 5G Now approach that is under research and testing which will revolutionize the internet era. It is expected to provide us speed and more robust transmission techniques than ever.
