摘要:Changes and dynamics such as transition from an industrial society to a knowledge- based and postmodern society, globalization phenomenon, criticism on the domination of science, changes in the approaches to state (transition from an approach defending the idea "individual for state" to an approach defending the idea "state for individual"), search for efficiency, use of internet and information technologies in working process and local administration have also brought about many changes in administration procedures and leadership approaches (Aguila, Sicilia, Tejada, Delgado &Gard, 2008; Harvey, 1989; Lyotard, 1984; Sezgül, 2012). Hierarchical, centralized and bureaucratic organizational structures and types of administration were replaced by flexible, horizontal and sensitive approaches to postmodern organization and administration (Inglehart, 2000; Petterway&Austin, 2010; Rosenau, 2004; Symes, 1997). In this process, postmodernism have influenced approaches to education and leadership.
