摘要：Personality which is derived from an old word "persona" that means a kind of mask used by actors in a play can be defined as "the unique, relatively enduring internal and external aspects of a person's character that influence behaviour in difference situations" (Schultz & Schultz, 2012, p.8). Personality is an individual's complex set of traits and these traits play a key role on how a people will play in a time or in a situation (Zimbardo & Gerrig, 1996). On the other hand, Engler (2009) stated that it is difficult to define the term of personality because there is little agreement how this term can be used and theorist developed their own definitions according to their theoretical position
