摘要:Today, the managers of higher education institutions (HEIs) find themselves under scrutiny from their stakeholders in highly competitive environments. In these settings, experienced managers strive constantly to identify and implement practices that will ensure maximum outcomes derive from the consumption of institutional resources. Part of this process requires managers to sift through an expansive array data in their daily decision- making. In addition, meeting the expectations of their principal stakeholders is a strong motivation for managers to perform.
