摘要：En el panorama de la teología actual los aportes de Peter Hünermann a la comprensión y recepción del Vaticano II se cuentan entre los más relevantes. El artículo analiza particularmente un estudio suyo muy extenso referido al género literario con la hipótesis de caracterizar al texto conciliar con el concepto de constitución proveniente del ámbito de las ciencias sociales. Pone de relieve, también, ideas centrales de la signifi cativa investigación de Christoph Theobald. Si bien ambos autores comparten una sensibilidad teológica común, representan aquí perspectivas diversas. El planteo de Theobald saca a la luz de la mejor manera las limitaciones que ofrece la analogía constitucional. Esta permanece como un aporte valioso, pero limitado.
其他摘要：In the current context of theology, Peter Hünermann’s understanding and reception of Vatican II is among the most important contributions. The present article discusses his extensive study on literary genre to characterize the conciliar text under the concept of “Constitution” as understood in the context of the social sciences. It also highlights key ideas of Christoph Theobald’s signifi cant research. Although both authors share a common theological sensitivity, they represent diverse perspectives. Theobald’s work highlights the shortcomings of the constitutional analogy, which remains a valuable but limited contribution.
