摘要：El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo sistematizar distintas perspectivas en la literatura científica y especializada referidas al rol del psicólogo educacional, se propone un modelo ordenador, el cual sintetiza, diferencia y organiza los distintos conceptos relevantes relacionados con el amplio espectro de acciones y definiciones de rol del psicólogo educacional en el contexto escolar. Para lograr este propósito, los conceptos relativos al rol del psicólogo educacional fueron organizados con base en las perspectivas: paradigmática, histórica, académico-formativa, político-técnica y de la realidad educativa. Finalmente, se realiza una propuesta de ordenamiento de estos aspectos en pro de la estructuración del rol y acciones por desarrollar en una unidad educativa. Este análisis propone como conclusión la necesidad de que la actuación del psicólogo tenga como punto de origen la atención de las demandas y necesidades emergentes de las comunidades educativas que atiende una visión sistémica y compleja de la realidad particular de cada establecimiento.
其他摘要：This essay aims to systematize different perspectives which appeared in referred scientific and technical literature to the role of the educational psychologist proposing a order model which synthesizes, difference and organizes the various relevant concepts that deal with the broad spectrum of actions definition and role of the educational psychologist in the school context. To achieve this purpose the concepts of the role of the educational psychologist were organized based on the perspective: paradigmatic, historical, academic and training, technical and political-educational reality. Finally a proposed ordering of these aspects towards structuring the role and actions to develop an educational unit is performed. This analysis suggests the need conclusion that the work of the psychologist has as point of origin demands the attention of and emerging needs of educational communities it serves, giving priority to do a systemic and complex view of the particular circumstances of each property.
