摘要：En este artículo se recogen las principales investigaciones con perspectiva de género que se han desarrollado en España en el ámbito de la Organización Escolar desde los años ochenta del siglo XX hasta la actualidad. Hemos organizado estas aportaciones científicas en tres grandes líneas: cultura y clima escolar, profesorado y procesos de planificación y finalmente, dirección y liderazgo. Estos trabajos han renovado las temáticas y métodos de investigación en el terreno de los estudios sobre organización escolar, estableciendo nuevas ideas y estrategias para la mejora de la educación. Sus aportaciones están en sintonía con los cambios que se perciben en este campo de estudio y que se orientan hacia el reconocimiento de las organizaciones como realidades culturales y políticas.
其他摘要：This article compiles the main research work in gender matters that has been carried out in in the sphere of School Organization from the 1980s to the present day. We have organized these scientific contributions along three broad lines: school culture and climate, teaching staff and planning processes, and lastly, management and leadership. These research works have brought about a new approach to themes and research methods in the field of studies on educational organization, introducing fresh ideas and strategies for the improvement of education. These contributions are in line with the changes perceived in this area of study and are aimed towards the recognition of organizations as cultural and political realities.
