摘要：El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en identificar, hacer visibles, describir y analizar las prácticas de enseñanza que realizan los «mejores profesores » de la Universidad de Vigo. Para ello, planteamos un diseño cualitativo a través de la técnica de la observación. Antes de mencionar las principales conclusiones, hacemos constar que nos interesaba buscar referencias de «buenas prácticas», no hacer una evaluación de las prácticas docentes, buenas o malas, del profesorado de la Universidad de Vigo. La principal conclusión es que, incluso entre los «mejores profesores» predominan unas prácticas docentes, que podrían encuadrarse, mayoritariamente, en el enfoque «tradicional de la enseñanza», centrada en el profesor o en los contenidos de la materia. No debería sorprender el hecho, ni tampoco llevarnos a relativizar el interés de estudiar y hacer visibles las prácticas de docentes bien valorados, aunque tales prácticas no sean realmente innovadoras.
其他摘要：The aim of this essay consists of identifying, making visible, describing and analysing the teaching practices carried out by the «best teachers» of the University of Vigo. In order to achieve it, we set out a qualitative design through the observation technique. Before mentioning the main conclusions, we must state that we were interested on searching for references of the «good practices », not on evaluating the teaching practices, good or bad, of the teachers of the University of Vigo. The main conclusion is that even among the «best rated teachers», some teaching practices dominate and these practices could be mainly included in the traditional perspective of education, one model focused on the teacher and the contents of the disciplines.These results are not surprising. In any case, they should not lead us to disregard the interest of studying and making visible the practices of highly rated teachers, although such practices are not truly innovative.
