摘要：El presente trabajo parte de la complejidad de la naturaleza humana y la necesidad de resaltar el papel que tiene la ética y moral. Ello con el fin de mostrar dos realidades. Primero, una antropológica-existencial a saber: la condición dilemática del hombre; y segundo, la política-social, es decir, la necesidad que tenemos de recordarle a todo hombre la obligación que tiene de aprender a gobernarse a sí mismo con el fin de minimizar el impacto de los juegos ideológicos
