摘要：El propósito es interpretar el discurso epistemológico gerencial para el diseño y rediseño de las organizaciones y sus tendencias, abordando el estudio desde la perspectiva interpretativa con el uso del método hermenéutico en contexto teórico, documental. Concluyendo que la gerencia es una ciencia social transdiciplinaria con el objeto de buscar el bienestar y la armonía, cambiando la gerencia tradicional por una concepción de metagerencia ecológica emocional, donde la tendencia del discurso se orienta a redimensionarse hacia los servicios en el ámbito del conocimiento, produciendo un cambio inevitable en lo físico de las organizaciones
其他摘要：The purpose is interpreting an epistemological management speech for the design and redesign of organizations and its tendencies. The study is approached from a interpretative perspective with method hermeneutics, in theoretical documental context. Concluded management is a transdisciplinary social science with the object of achieving wellbeing and harmony, changes traditional management for a conception of emotional ecological meta-management, where the uptrend of the management speech is directed to remodel its operations towards service and commercialization of the cultural scope and of knowledge, which produces an inevitable change in the physical aspect of organizations in the present economy
