摘要：Neste ensaio, temos por objetivo discutir o fenômeno da indisciplina no contexto escolar, em suas relações com os argumentos social, histórico e cultural que o envolvem. Analisamos a especificidade e diferenciação do ato indisciplinar para identificar possíveis distorções socioculturais e superar preconceitos, visando a construção de relações mais igualitárias em educação. Parte dos estudos categoriais preliminares realizados para a problematização dos objetos de duas pesquisas em desenvolvimento pelos autores, no âmbito de suas atividades acadêmicas na Universidade do Grande ABC, em São Paulo, Brasil. Discute-se a natureza o potencial pedagógico da tradição cultural como articuladora de valores e padrões comportamentais que podem gerar dificuldades na relação de alunos e professores em sala de aula, mediante atos de indisciplina e de desrespeito mútuo, ou na relação entre alunos que ocorre no entorno escolar gerando manifestações de violência e bullying.
其他摘要：In this test we have for objective to discuss the phenomenon of indiscipline in the school context, in its relations the with social, historical and cultural surround. Analyzes the specificity and differentiation of an indiscipline act to identify possible sociocultural distortions and overcome prejudices in order to build equitable relations in education. Start from the categorical preliminary studies carried out to the questioning objects of two researches in development by the authors as part of their academic activities at the University of Great ABC region in São Paulo, Brazil. It is discussed the nature and pedagogical potential of cultural tradition as articulator of values and behavioral patterns that may cause difficulties in the relationship between students and teachers in classroom, by acts of indiscipline and mutual disrespect, or the relationship between students that occurs in the school environment generating expressions of violence and bullying.
