摘要:Examinamos, neste artigo, algumas proposituras contidas nos receituários do liberalismo social-democrata no campo das tendências para a política educacional, com especial destaque para as proposituras no campo da política educacional brasileira. O foco de análise recai sobre as proposituras empreendidas para justificar ideológica e economicamente as reformas educacionais que ganharam corpo a partir da década de 1990 e foram sendo implementadas com o aval gerencial e político-coercitivo de vários Organismos Internacionais, com destaque, para o caso da América Latina, o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID) e o Banco Mundial, como agências proeminentes do processo de globalização do capital.
其他摘要:This paper analyzes a few proposals contained in prescriptions from the Democratic Social Liberalism in the field of educational policies, with special emphasis on the field of the Brazilian Educational Policies. The focus of analysis here falls upon the proposals launched to warrant - ideologically and economically - the educational reforms that came to be in the 1990s and that also got developed with the managing and coercive endorsements of many International Organisms, with emphasis - in the case of South America - on IDB, the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, which played the role of agencies that stood out in the process of capital globalization.
