摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é registrar e discutir experiências com avaliação educacional de porte mais extenso, em sistemas educacionais ou parte destes, desde os anos mil novecentos e sessenta para cá. Abordam-se processos desenvolvidos na educação básica e no ensino superior. Discutem-se a carência de especialistas no campo e a falta de cursos, no país, para a formação mais adequada na área de avaliação educacional. Disto decorrem alguns problemas que nesse campo de conhecimento se enfrentam em nível tanto teórico quanto técnico e social.
其他摘要：The aim of this article is to write and discuss some experiences gathered from educational evaluation situations, more specifically from the largest ones, which have been applied to either educational systems or part of them since the 1960s. Besides, it not only focus on the processes that have been developed in elementary education and university teaching but also discusses the lack of both educational specialists and courses to teach people adequately for the field of educational evaluation, which causes some intellectual problems that have been in both theoretical and technical as well as social levels of this area.
