摘要:El rol que desempeñan los conductores de autobuses es fundamental, pues se encargan del transporte de personas; por tanto, su óptimo rendimiento laboral es clave para asegurar a los(as) usuarias(as) del transporte público, un viaje seguro, digno y satisfactorio. El objetivo de esta investigación fue proponer un cuestionario para evaluar algunos factores psicológicos y de rendimiento laboral de los conductores de autobuses de la empresa Paracito, S.A. El instrumento está conformado por ocho variables: autoestima, masculinidad, relaciones familiares, relaciones de pareja, satisfacción laboral, servicio al cliente, consumo de drogas y jornada laboral; cada variable tiene entre seis y 12 reactivos con formato tipo Likert. De momento, es preciso avanzar en la aplicación y validación cuantitativa del instrumento con conductores de autobuses de diferentes empresas autobuseras para contar con datos empíricos que refuercen la validez y confiabilidad de dicho instrumento.
其他摘要:The role played by bus drivers is fundamental in as much, as they are in charge of the transport of people, therefore the optimal labor yield of the bus drivers is key to assure, the users of the public transport, a safe, worthy and satisfactory trip. The objective of this investigation was to propose a questionnaire to evaluate some psychological factors and of labor yield of the conductors of buses of the company Paracito, S.A. The instrument is composed by eight variables: familiar self-esteem, masculinity, family relationships, couple relationships, and labor satisfaction, customer service, drug consumption, and labor day, each variable counts with between six and twelve reagents and are conformed by a scale type Likert. At the moment, it is precise to advance in the application and quantitative validation of the same among bus drivers of different companies in order to count on empirical data that will reinforce the validity and trustworthiness of the same.
