摘要：Migración, seguridad nacional y desarrollo son categorías que ocupan un lugar privilegiado en las agendas y en los debates nacionales e internacionales del siglo XXI. Este artículo, a partir de las experiencias en la frontera sur de México, intenta desmontar la lectura del "círculo virtuoso de prosperidad" derivado de la articulación de esta triada categorial, para visibilizar el carácter y la naturaleza de las oposiciones que privan entre ellas, corroborando que la migración internacional se convierte en una "amenaza" que rehabilita el discurso del tiempo del "enemigo", que justifica las recurrentes violaciones a los derechos humanos, confiriéndole un sentido de normalidad y, por ello, de impunidad.
其他摘要：Migration, national security and development are categories that occupy a privileged place in the agendas and the national and international debates of the 21th century. Starting from the experiences of the southern border of Mexico, this article intends to unpack the reading of the "virtuous circle of prosperity" derived from the articulation of these three categories, in order to make visible the character and nature of the oppositions that prevail between them, corroborating that international migration turns into a "threat" that rehabilitates the discourse of the time of the "enemy" that justifies recurrent violations of human rights, giving them a sense of normality, and therefore, of impunity.
