摘要：Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar como se dá o desenvolvimento e a efetividade dos serviços e, por conseqüência, a sustentabilidade das organizações hospitalares de caráter filant rópico, a part ir da ação comunitária e de cooperação por meio de rede social. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, caracteriza-se como exploratór ia e descritiva. No que tange à modalidade de investigação, o estudo envolveu pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os stakeholders legitimados como sujeitos ativos das organizações envolvidas na pesquisa. Trata-se, portanto, de um estudo de caso/multicaso, uma vez que foram investigadas sete instituições hospitalares filant rópicas que atuam de forma cooperativada na Associação dos Hospitais da Região Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que formam a Rede Hospinoroeste. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que as relações de cooperação observadas na rede, apesar de alguns entraves identificados, têm reforçado as relações interinstitucionais, valorizando o trabalho coletivo que é articulado a partir de ações comunitárias que contribuem para o equacionamento dos problemas sociais de forma integrada e têm ajudado a garant ir a efetividade dos serviços prestados pelos hospitais.
其他摘要：This article aims to investigate how to give the development and effectiveness of services and, consequently, the sustainability of hospital organizations of character philanthropic, from community action and cooperation by means of social network. The research, qualitative of character, it is characterized as exploratory and descriptive. Regarding the type of research, the study involved literature, documentary and field search. We performed semi-structured interviews with stakeholders legitimized as active subjects of the organizations involved in the search. This is, therefore, a study of case/multicaso, since they were investigated seven hospitals philanthropic that operate in a manner cooperativada Hospitals Association of the Northwest Region of Rio Grande do Sul, which form the Network Hospinoroeste. The survey results show that the relations of cooperation observed in the network, despite some barriers, have strengthened the relations between institutions, valuing the collective work that is art iculated from community action that contribute equat ing the social problems in an integrated way and have helped to ensure the effectiveness of services provided by hospitals.
