摘要：Este artigo relata uma experiência de formação online de gestores escolares, na qual é valorizada a reflexão sobre suas trajetórias individuais e coletivas, bem como a construção significativa da ação gestora. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação-formação que investiga a atitude interdisciplinar de parceria do formador, que emerge na relação intersubjetiva entre o gestor formador e o gestor em formação, nas narrativas dos diários de bordo de um ambiente virtual. O objetivo é retratar a atitude interdisciplinar junto ao percurso reflexivo dos gestores, por meio da análise interpretativa do teor de suas narrativas, ancorada no referencial do pensamento complexo de Morin. A apreciação dos relatos de três gestoras em formação, revela a singularidade de suas percepções diante do desafio de mobilizar suas equipes escolares para uma ação coletiva. A atitude de parceria é um elemento valioso nos ambientes de formação online, porque pode desenvolver um papel de acompanhamento de cada trajetória de formação e contribuir no processo de reelaboração da prática vivida.
其他摘要：This article describes an experience of online development for school managers, in which emphasis is given to the reflection on their individual and collective journeys, as well as to the significant construction of the managing action. It is an action - development research which investigates the interdisciplinar attitude of partnership on the part of the professional providing this development which emerges in the intersubjective relation between the school manager in charge of the development and the school managers under development, through the narratives of the on board diaries in a virtual environment. The objective is to show the interdisciplinary attitude concerning the reflexive journeys of the school managers, through the interpretative analysis of the content of their narratives based on the complex thinking by Morin. The interpretation of the narratives of three school managers in development reveals the singularity of their perceptions in face of the challenge of mobilizing their school teams for a collective action. The attitude of partnership is a valuable element in the online development environment, as it allows to follow each journey of development and contributes in the process of reelaboration of the practice experienced.
