摘要：Este artigo examina quais as consequências da influência das concepções e políticas gerencialistas na esfera local das redes de escolas, em particular, o caso da rede municipal de Porto Alegre. Em primeiro lugar, a rede municipal em estudo é caracterizada, mostrando sua história diferenciada, pela vivência da experiência da Escola Cidadã. Em segundo lugar, o artigo examina os princípios gerencialistas e os caracteriza. Na sequência, analisa-se como concretamente se dá a recontextualização destes princípios e da concepção gerencialista quando ela passa a influenciar as políticas promovidas pela administração educacional da cidade. Nas conclusões aponta-se a necessidade de estudar complexamente os processos de recontextualização de concepções gerencialistas quando eles se materializam em políticas públicas.
其他摘要：This article examines the consequences of the influence of managerial conception and policies in the local sphere of schools and, in particular, the case of the municipal system of education of Porto Alegre. First, the municipal system of schools is characterized, emphasizing its differential trajectory, because of the implementation of the Citizen School project. Second, the article examines and characterizes the managerial principles. Third, the way the recontextualization of these principles and presuppositions occurs concretely when it begins to influence the educational administration of the city is analyzed. In the conclusions, we point out to the need of studying in a complex way the processes of recontextualization of managerial concepts when the materialize themselves in public policies.
