摘要：Nesse artigo são analisados os sentidos atribuídos à docência e ao ensino articulados nas propostas de formação em curso no Brasil nas últimas décadas, com o objetivo de questionar em que medida elas representam, de fato, inovações capazes de alterar a dinâmica da escola tornando-a uma instituição mais democrática. Essas propostas são assumidas como híbridos de sentidos de outras propostas já formuladas pelos movimentos dos educadores ao longo de décadas. Ou seja, o discurso educacional tem se articulado com o objetivo de dar uma nova roupagem a velhas propostas que há muito tempo circulam no meio educacional. A Teoria do discurso possibilita perceber como discursos híbridos circulam nos diferentes contextos de produção curricular. O que se verifica são tentativas de fixar um único sentido a ser atribuído às propostas na perspectiva de constituir novas relações sociais mais adequadas ao projeto neoliberal de sociedade. O que reforça a ideia de que a educação se reduz ao ensino.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes the meanings assigned to teaching and education that are articulated in training proposals underway in Brazil during recent decades, with the purpose of questioning the extent to which they represent, in fact, innovations capable of changing the dynamics of the school, making it a more democratic institution. These proposals are assumed as hybrids of meanings of others formulated by the movement of educators for decades. In other words, the educational discourse has been articulated with the aim of giving a new appearance to old proposals that have long circulated in the educational environment. The theory of discourse which makes possible to perceive this discourse as an hybrid that circulates in the different contexts of curricular production. What is seen are attempts to fix a single direction to the proposals, aiming to establish new social relations more suited to the neo-liberal project of society. Which reinforces the idea that education is reduced to teaching.
