摘要：O objetivo central do presente trabalho é a análise de documentos oficiais que regulam adefinição do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio. Este trabalho pretende contribuir para o debatepolítico da avaliação institucional, tendo como foco a reforma curricular do Ensino Médio,presente no projeto de reformulação do ENEM em 2009. Com base na teoria do discursodesenvolvida por Laclau e Mouffe (2005, 2009), a análise insere-se no campo do currículo e pormeio da exploração de evidências empíricas propõe uma interpretação da luta hegemônica emtorno das atribuições desta política de avaliação e seus impactos nos projetos de organizaçãocurricular do Ensino Médio.
其他摘要：The main objective of this work is the analysis of official documents governing the definition ofthe National High School Exam. This work aims to contribute to the political debate ofinstitutional assessment, focusing on curriculum reform of high school education, present in therestructuring project ENEM 2009. Based on the theory of discourse developed by Laclau andMouffe (2005, 2009), the analysis is part of the curriculum field and throughthe examination ofempirical evidence suggests an interpretation of the hegemonic struggle over the duties of thispolicies and their impact on curricular organization projects of High School Education
