摘要：La investigación tuvo como objetivo implantar los lineamientos estratégicos para la formación de competencias laborales del talento humano de la Gerencia de Relaciones Oficiales de C.A. Danaven de acuerdo a su enfoque estructural. El estudio se ubicó en el paradigma postpositivista, arrojando que las necesidades de formación de competencias estuvieron orientadas en un 47,73 por ciento al Saber conocer, 18,18 por ciento al Saber Hacer y un 34,09 por ciento para el Saber Ser. Se concluye con la implantación de los lineamientos estratégicos para la formación de competencias laborales destacando aquellos que fueron diseñados para intentar cerrar las brechas que se diagnosticaron
