摘要：Este artículo busca comprender de qué manera los viajes culturales realizados por los artistas Eduardo Ramírez Villamizar, Edgar Negret y Feliza Bursztyn a París después de 1945 contribuyeron a la consagración artística de éstos y a la configuración del arte moderno en Colombia. Analizando sus trayectorias plásticas, se exponen las razones que los estimularon a viajar a París en un período en el que Nueva York se convertía en un nuevo centro artístico. De esta investigación se concluyó que la estadía parisina realizada por los artistas colombianos después de 1945 favoreció la aceptación social del arte abstracto, así como la utilización de materiales industriales y de desecho como nuevos referentes plásticos. Se trataría entonces de dos eventos significativos que llevaron al arte moderno colombiano hacia su total renovación.
其他摘要：This article seeks to understand the way in which the cultural journeys of artists Eduardo Ramírez Villamizar, Edgar Negret, and Feliza Bursztyn to Paris after 1945 contributed to their dedication to art and to the configuration of modern art in Colombia. Analyzing their trajectories in the plastic arts, it presents the reasons that stimulated them to travel to Paris during a period in which New York was becoming a new world center of the arts. This research led to the conclusion that the time these Colombian artists spent in Paris after 1945 favored both the social acceptance of abstract art and the use of industrial and scrap materials as new plastic referents. It is thus a question of two significant events that led to a total renewal of modern art in Colombia.
