摘要：Existe en la actualidad en el Perú una importante preocupación en la sociedad del conocimiento por responder hacia la demanda del sector productivo ya que durante estas últimas décadas las especialidades en cada colegio se introdujeron por iniciativa de los docentes, sin que medie estudio alguno del mercado laboral ni de las necesidades de las diferentes regiones, ni de los aportes de los ingenieros industriales a la educación secundaria directa o indirectamente.En la actualidad no basta tener habilidades manuales, sino un conjunto de capacidades que a los egresados les permita solucionar problemas y desempeñarse en diferentes puestos o crear sus propias empresas. El enfoque actual que se le da a la educación para el trabajo, no está orientado hacia ello.A lo largo del desarrollo de los capítulos se encontrará también las referencias sobre los requerimientos de la industria por gente capacitada en ciertas técnicas y por otro lado se podrá apreciar el fuerte crecimiento de la mano de obra juvenil lista para trabajar, quedando así la gran tarea del Estado, el de priorizar el tipo de enseñanza y que esta sea prospectiva y moderna, que coordine con la actividad empresarial privada y que los docentes sean especializados en las diferentes líneas del conocimiento tecnológico actual.
其他摘要：There is at present in Peru an important concern in the knowledge society to respond to the demands of the productive sector already that during these last decades the specialties in each college were introduced on the initiative of the teachers, without any study of the labor market or the needs of the different regions, nor of the contributions of the industrial engineers to secondary education directly or indirectly. Currently not enough to have manual skills, but a set of capabilities that graduates will enable them to solve problems and perform in different posts or create their own businesses. The current approach that gives the education for the job is not geared toward this. Throughout the development of the chapters you will ind also the references on the requirements of the industry by people trained in certain skills and on the other hand will be able to appreciate the strong growth of youth labor list for work, thus leaving the great task of the State, the prioritize of the kind of education and that it is prospective and modern, to coordinate with the private entrepreneurial activity and that teachers are specialized in the different lines of technological knowledge current.
