摘要：Este trabajo examina como la actividad turística se va apropiando del pai-saje natural, al ser uno de los atractivos para el disfrute del turista, pero en el proceso de crecimiento de los centros turísticos se van perdiendo los escenarios. Al ser intervenido el paisaje, este se va transformando conforme va incremen-tándose la inversión en el sector turístico. En el caso de los países en desa-rrollo, los recursos naturales son un elemento importante para la atracción de las inversiones multinacionales y capitales nacionales, los cuales arriban con la promesa de lograr un desarrollo regional para el territorio y satisfacer las necesidades del turismo y fomentar el progreso. En la primera parte se plantean algunos conceptos sobre el paisaje y su relación con el turismo; la segunda plasma la importancia del turismo en el desarrollo en los países del tercer mundo; y finalmente se hacen algunas consideraciones de los factores que inciden en la transformación del entorno provocada por las políticas de índole global.
其他摘要：This paper examines how tourism has been appropriating natural landsca-pe, as one of the attractions for the enjoyment of tourists, but in the growing process of the resorts scenarios had been lost. Being involved the landscape is transformed as this will increase the investment in the tourism sector. In the case of developing countries, natural resources are an important element in at-tracting multinational investment and domestic capital, which arrive with the promise of achieving regional development for the area and satisfy the needs of tourism and promote progress. In the first part includes some concepts about the landscape and its relationship to tourism arise; the second reflects the im-portance of tourism development in Third World countries; and finally some considerations of the factors that influence the changing environment caused by the policies of global nature are made.
