摘要：Tendo como referência o texto das conferências apresentadas por Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche na Universidade de Basiléia em 1872, intitulado Sobre o futuro dos nossos estabelecimentos de ensino, o presente artigo busca explicitar a concepção de formação (Bildung) de Nietzsche, dando especial atenção aos seguintes temas: autoridade do mestre e dos clássicos enquanto princípio diretivo da formação; relação conflituosa entre a formação e a burocracia institucional; formação para a cultura e formação técnica; centralidade da língua materna para a edificação da cultura; formação do gênio. Por fim, indica-se brevemente a atualidade das reflexões de Nietzsche.
其他摘要：This paper is an attempt to explicit Nietzsche's concept of formation (Bildung) as it appears in the text of the conferences entitled On the future of our educational institutions at the University of Basel, in 1872. The following issues were focused: the authority coming from teachers and the classics as directive principles of education; the conflicting relation between education and institutional bureaucracy; cultural and technical education; the crucial role of mother tongues in the rise of culture; and the upbringing of a genius. The final part is a statement of today's appropriateness of Nietzsche's reflections.
