摘要：Nos últimos anos, intensas transformações estão ocorrendo no âmbito das universidades europeias e se observa a intensifi cação da preocupação com a formação dos professores universitários. Estes são vistos como agentes centrais da mudança, mediante a reconfi guração do papel da docência na educação superior. Através do estudo de dois casos específi cos em Espanha e Portugal, constata-se que o caráter transnacional da reforma vigente repercute fortemente no trabalho e formação dos docentes, por meio das adequações legais, da criação de mecanismos de controle e da visão de formação como estratégia de adaptação. Finalmente, propomos como perspectiva investigativa a análise das relações entre a reforma europeia e os recentes movimentos de integração dos sistemas educativos na América Latina.
其他摘要：In recent years intense transformations are taking place within the European universities and there is an intensifi cation of concern about the professors’ training. Those professors are seen as key agents of change by the reconfi guration of the role of teaching in higher education. Through the study of two specifi c cases in Spain and Portugal, it appears that the transnational character of the reform resonates strongly in the work force and training of professors, by means of legal adequacy, the mechanisms of control and the vision of education as a strategy of adaptation. Finally, we propose as an investigative perspective to analyze the relations between the European reform movements and the recent integration of higher education systems in Latin America.
