摘要：O presente artigo visa abordar as novas con fi gurações das polí- ticas culturais e algumas de suas implicações nas políticas e práticas educa- tivas contemporâneas. No plano de uma análise sociológica, sobretudo ao considerar a hipótese do declínio da institucionalidade moderna da escola e reconhecer a ampliação e diversi fi cação das políticas culturais, particular- mente a partir da gestão Gilberto Gil, o autor pretende veri fi car os agencia- mentos formativos que perfazem as ações e políticas culturais brasileiras. Considera, ainda, que tais agenciamentos rede fi nem as relações entre os atores e as instituições, tanto quanto são orientados por objetivos situados entre as expectativas de retorno social e de formação para a cidadania.
其他摘要：This article aims to address the new con fi gurations of cultural policies and some of its implications for contemporary educational policies and practices. From a sociological analysis perspective, especially when considering the hypothesis of the decline of the modern institutionality of the school and recognizing the expansion and diversi fi cation of cultural policies, particularly as from Gilberto Gil’s administration as Minister of Culture, the author intends to investigate the formative agencies that make up the cultural actions and policies in Brazil. The article also considers that those agencies not only change the relationships between actors and institu- tions, but are guided by goals situated between the expectations of social return and citizenship training.
