摘要：Propõe-se o presente artigo a trabalhar as implicações da diferença de finalidade entre os sistemas do produtor de arroz biodinâmicoe do industrializador deste produto na estrutura dessa filière. A abordagem teórica abarca o entendimento de sistemas e a visão daempresa na abordagem sistêmica e foca a finalidade dos sistemas produtivos em três eixos possíveis: econômico, financeiro e social.O enfoque de filière ajuda a visualizar os impactos que as diferenças de finalidade têm sobre a estrutura de fornecimento e industrializaçãodo arroz biodinâmico. Foi utilizada uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo-comparativo, com base em dados primários, obtidos junto àsempresas, por entrevistas realizadas com seus proprietários e gerentes e em dados secundários obtidos nos sites disponíveis naInternet. Os principais resultados indicam que a diferença de finalidade entre dois elos componentes da filière em observaçãoprovocaram uma mudança na estrutura dela, com a integração vertical das etapas de industrialização e distribuição por parte doprodutor de arroz biodinâmico, para cumprir as finalidades consideradas prioritárias para esse produtor, que acaba por coordenarparte da filière.
其他摘要：This article aims to study the implications that result from the purpose differences between the biodynamic rice producer systemsand the industry of this product in the filière structure. The theoretical approach includes system comprehension and the companyvision in the systemic approach, while focusing on the purpose of productive systems according to three possible axles: economic,financial and social. An approach on filière helps in the visualization of the impacts the purpose that system differences studied haveon the supplying and industrialization structure of biodynamic rice. A descriptive-comparative research was undertaken based onprimary data obtained with the companies and through interviews with owners and managers contacted and on secondary dataobtained in the websites available on the internet. The main results indicate that the differences of finality among two component linksof the filière under observation had caused a change in the filière structure, with the vertical stage integration for industrialization anddistribution by the biodynamic rice producer, aiming to accomplish the main purposes, who has started coordinating part of thefilière.
