摘要：Este artículo ubica las reflexiones en tres segmentos. En primer lugar, la mujer en la sociedad de la información. En segundo lugar, se analiza el Cyberfeminismo. Y finalmente, el teletrabajo como una opción laboral para la mujer. Metodológicamente se acude a la revisión documental. De los resultados del trabajo heurístico de las diversas fuentes de información es posible inferir que la mujer en el teletrabajo cada día tiene mayor participación y consigue en ella una herramienta que posibilita su incorporación al mundo del trabajo. Y el cyberfeminismo, marcó un hito importante para contribuir en la incorporación de la mujer a la sociedad de la información
其他摘要：This article sets the reflections within three segments. In the first place, women in the information society. Secondly, the Cyberfeminism is analyzed. And finally, teleworking as a labor option for women. Documentary revision is methodologically used. From the results of heuristic work of the various sources of information, it is possible to infer that teleworking women have increased participation each day and find in it a tool that makes possible their incorporation to the world of work.
