摘要：La gestión de un destino turístico requiere aunar esfuerzos a distintos niveles, estableciendo fórmulas de colaboración que permitan una gestión turística integral para poder adaptar la oferta del destino a las necesidades que manifiestan los turistas, teniendo en cuenta las nuevas preferencias de la demanda real y potencial. El presente trabajo analiza el papel jugado por la Fundación Turismo de Cuenca, como ente aglutinador de la iniciativa pública y privada en materia de turismo. Así, se analiza su capacidad para unir en un mismo Patronato a la Junta de Comunidades, Diputación Provincial, Ayuntamiento, Confederación de Empresarios, Agrupación Provincial de Hostelería y Turismo, Cámara de Comercio e Industria y Caja de Castilla-La Mancha. Los resultados obtenidos en su corta, pero intensa, actividad, han sido verdaderamente significativos.
其他摘要：The management of a destination requires concerted efforts at different levels, establishing partnership arrangements that enable a comprehensive tourism management in order to adjust supply to meet the needs of the destination for tourists who say, taking into account the preferences of the new demand and potential. This paper analyzes the role played by the Foundation Tourism Basin, as the institution of public and private initiatives in tourism. It analyzes its ability to unite on a single to the Board of Trustees Communities, Provincial Board, City Hall, Confederation of Employers, Provincial Association of Hotels and Tourism, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Caja de Castilla-La Mancha. The results achieved in his short but intense activity, they have been truly significant.
