摘要：El Objetivo General de está investigación es: Evaluar las condiciones (Personal en Contacto y Soporte Físico), en los Establecimientos de Alojamiento del Municipio Carirubana del Estado Falcón, para diseñar un Programa de Inspección y Control basado en la Teoría Servucción de Pierre Eiglier y Eric Langeard . Las técnicas de recolección de datos utilizadas para llevar a cabo la investigación fueron: Observación Directa Participante, Entrevistas, Encuestas Dirigidas y Revisión Bibliográfica. Con la información obtenida se evidenció la situación actual del Personal en Contacto en conjunto con el Soporte Físico y los resultados se analizaron con la Técnica de Análisis D.O.F.A. Este estudio permitirá mejorar la calidad de estos dos primeros elementos tomados en consideración una vez que sean aplicados.
其他摘要：The general objective of this research is to evaluate the conditions of the personnel in contact and physical support at lodging establishments of the Municipality of Carirubana on State of Falcón, in order to design an inspection and control program based on the servuccion theory sustained by Pierre Eiglier and Erick Langeard. The data collection techniques were constituted bay de participant direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and a bibliographical revision. With the information collected, the current situation of the personnel in contact as well as of the physical support were determined. The results were analyzed though the WOST analysis. The study will improve the quality of the two features analyzed when its finding are applied.
