摘要：Este texto analisa a inclusão e a exclusão social no desenvolvimento do Turismo. Mostra que apesar de todos estarem incluídos no mesmo modelo de desenvolvimento sócio econômico, denominado neoliberal o processo ocorre de forma excludente. O turismo é uma das mais novas modalidades do processo de acumulação, que vem produzindo novas configurações geográficas e materializando o espaço de forma contraditória, pela ação do Estado, das empresas, dos residentes e dos turistas. Compreender essa dinâmica significa entender as relações produtivas do espaço e o exercício de poder do Estado, das classes empresariais e trabalhadoras em movimento e conflito
其他摘要：This text analyzes the inclusion and the social exclusion in the development of the Tourism. Shows that in spite of all they be included in the same model of development economical partner, denominated neoliberal. The process it happens in an excluding way. Tourism is one of the newest modalities of the accumulation process, that is producing new geographical configurations and materializing the space in a contradictory way for the action of the State, companies, residents and tourists. To understand that dynamics means to understand the productive relationships of the space and the exercise of power of the State, managerial and hard-working classes in movement and conflict
