摘要：Este artigo resulta de uma investigação em sociologia que pretende descrever as estratégiasde cooperação interorganizacional entre trabalhadores de uma rede agências bancárias na região Alentejo. A partir da análise de redes sociais pretende-se descodificar os tipos de relações entre os atores (agências bancárias e seus trabalhadores), identificar o posicionamento dos atores na rede e o tipo de recursos partilhados. Trata-se de um estudo inovador no sentido em que não há uma tradição da sociologia portuguesa no estudo das formas de interação entre agências bancárias, recorrendo à análise de redes sociais. Os principais resultados apontam para mecanismos de cooperação pouco significativos e mecanismos de interação formais muito acentuados.
