摘要：Entre septiembre y octubre de 1921 se celebró en la ciudad de México el Primer Congreso Internacional de Estudiantes. Por primera vez se reunieron organizaciones estudiantiles de todo el mundo en un contexto extraordina- rio en que una guerra internacional había arrasado con los viejos imperios europeos y había triunfado la primera revolución socialista. En el continen- te, la marcha sobre las oligarquías tenía a su favor dos victorias: México había realizado una revolución social que concluyó la parte más álgida de su etapa armada y comenzaba su consolidación, y la reforma universitaria, iniciada en Córdoba, Argentina, en 1918, había impuesto un cambio en las estructuras universitarias. Este congreso, el más trascendental del siglo xx , no ha sido estudiado por los investigadores e incluso fue olvidado por los protagonistas. El trabajo pretende resolver estas paradojas históricas.
其他摘要：In September-October, 1921, the First International Student Congress was held in Mexico City. For the very first time, student organizations from around the world came together in the wake of a great war that had great- ly weakened the old European empires and of the first Socialist revolution, while in the Americas, the march against oligarchy had already achieved two victories. Mexico had concluded the open military battles of its social revolution and consolidation was beginning, and the 1918 University Re- form of Cordoba, Argentina, had created a change in Latin American uni- versity structures. However, despite the fact that this student congress is the most important one in the 20 th century, it has been largely overlooked by researchers and has even been forgotten by its own protagonists. This article seeks to resolve those historical paradoxes.
