摘要：The aim of this paper is to look at how we can relate the question concerning the permanence of cultural phenomena to contemporary world economic system based on neoliberal ideology. I analyze conceptions of civilizational, social and political development, founded on the idea of connecting personal freedom with free market in relation to time, change, and historical narratives.
