  • 摘要:Space charge accumulation in insulation materials indicates to conductioncurrent through a dielectric material and it is important to know as well as possible theamount of charge stored in the dielectric. In this research, space charges tests aredone todistort the local electric fields, high-field conduction and breakdown phenomena in thinfilms of Polyvinyl Chloride nanocomposite insulation materials. Therefore, spacecharge characteristics have been investigated by pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) systemfor thin thickness of Polyvinyl Chloride nanocomposite materials, which filled withdifferent separate nanoparticles like Clay, and Fumed Silica, from the experimental testscarried out it is noticed that adding Clay and Fumed Silica to Polyvinyl Chloridechanges its breakdown phenomena. Thisresearchaims to study the effects of types andconcentrations of nanoparticles on space charge accumulation in Polyvinyl Chloridenanocomposites and illustrates which fillers that enhance Polyvinyl Chloride industrialapplications
